Ms. SUGA has been engaged in the education of Japanese Business Communication at the universities of Taiwan, China and Japan. She is also very positive in the academic research in the field of Business Communication. She is responsible for management and operations of IBA.
Mr. SAKAKI is Certified Public Accountant in Japan. He used to be an executive partner of Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC and specialized in IT and FinTech. He is teaching IT and Fintech at the universities of Taiwan and Japan. He is responsible for the development of new business collaborating with IBA.
Prof. TAKADA is Professor of National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, and Professor Emeritus of Tohoku University. He has accumulated lots of research and educational experiences at universities in Japan, China and Japan. He is responsible for IBA Seminars.
Prof. TSAY is a prominent researcher internationally and now Professor Emeritus of National Taiwan University and he has a position of Auditor of Taishin International Bank. His major is management accounting and he has a very wide range of knowledge in business. He likes Japanese and Taiwanese culture.
Mr. UPAL is President and CEO of several new businesses in Japan and Bangladesh. He has strong ties with key persons in Bangladesh both in the government and industry. He will contribute to make the strong relationship between Japan and Bangladesh.
Mr. MATSUZAWA is a consulate of Honolulu Consulate Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Japanese Government. He plays an important role for the social activity in Edogawa City; monthly seminar of social issues and it is highly evaluated by many people in Edogawa City.
Prof. HSUEH is Assistant Professor of National Changhua University of Education. He is majoring in finance. He is the youngest in core members of IBA and he is expected to develop new businesses collaborating with IBA. He visited Japan many times and he made a trip to almost everywhere in Japan.
Ms. YEN is a graduate of EMBA, College of Management, National Chung Cheng University. She used to own a big bakery shops chain in Chiayi City. As an alumni of NCCU, she is expected to play an important role in IBA programs. She speaks English very fluently.
Mr. Lin has 30+ years of IT and computer software industry experience. He has held senior positions at Dun and Bradstreet Software Co. Ltd, Tokyo, and Ashisuto K.K. Tokyo. Since 1997, Mr. Lin was the founder and CEO of Internet Security Systems, KK who has been listed on JASDAQ(4297) since 2001, with outstanding performance ISSKK has been enlisted as elite company in J-Stock Index selects elite companies from JASDAQ Both ISS Inc. and ISSKK were acquired by IBM for $1.3B USD and $600M USD on 2006.
Mr. Kaji used to be a board member of Hitachi Affiliated Company (Hitachi Engineering Co. Ltd. and Hitachi ICC Co. Ltd.), and He contributed to establishing collaborations between Hitachi and a lot of SMEs. After retirement, he ran a company in China for 5 years, and now he is working in an advisory for SMEs. He is expected to give advice to new business.
Prof. OHNISHI used to be Vice President and Dean of School of Law at Tohoku University. He has recently served as Professor of Global Politics at International Graduate School of Accounting Policy (IGSAP), Tohoku University. He has strong personal ties with many distinguished professors in China, Korea, England and France.
Mr. TACHIIRI is a famous lawyer who has a lot of clients of business corporations in Tokyo. He has been engaged in many civil lawsuits. He is expected to give legal advice to IBA.
Ms. Sarah LIOU is a graduate of EMBA, National Chung Cheng University. She is very fluent in Japanese and she translates Japanese into Chinese at a lecture or panel meeting. She works at a company but she will contribute to IBA's seminar as a secretary.
